Up for sale is another golden years steinway and sons model D concert grand piano made 1885. Piano was sprayed at some point ebony but this piano is and still is Rosewood underneath, when refinishing it can be put back to rosewood !
Piano is a beautiful solid build of a steinway when they were making them at its best, It is in quite unusual all original condition for its age, soundboard all is original , the only thing changed was the legs, lyre was modernized in the 1970's to a more modern style steinway window pane leg, we can get u the original Victorian flower pot legs if needed. Piano is ready to rebuild and obviously the price allows u do that cause we are selling it below wholesale value !
